St. George Island Cottage Rules

• Guest must sign the Rental Agreement
• Maximum of 8 people
• No smoking
• No pets
• No events
• Minimum age to rent: 25
• Check In: 4pm; Check Out: 11am
• Booking must be made at lest 2 days prior to arrival
• A refundable $600 security deposit is held shortly before arrival and released after checkout, assuming no damage.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
